MALAMALA MAIN LODGE

MalaMala is the largest privately owned land adjoining the Kruger National Park; it has 19km of unfenced eastern border, which allows unimpeded access to animals both large and small. The Sand River flows uninterrupted through MalaMala as the camps are on the western banks. Human intrusion does not interfere with the migration of wildlife, which continues to inhabit the rich plains to the east of the river that makes up the majority of the property. A total of 36 guests can be accommodated at MalaMala Main Camp.

The Rattray's on MalaMala experience is altogether exclusive and discerning, with each of the 8 luxurious suites or khayas occupying its own elevated site overlooking the Sand River. MalaMala is situated adjoining the Kruger National Park; the 19km unfenced eastern border allows unimpeded access to animals both large and small.

SABLE CAMP

The Sable Camp is situated is the southern end of the MalaMala Camp in a prime elevated position overlooking the Sand River and surrounding bush. MalaMala is a privately owned land adjoining the Kruger National Park and in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, and with its unfenced borders animals large and small have access through the Game Reserve unimpeded. The Sable Camp of MalaMala hosts a maximum of 14 guests in luxury suites and is ideal for the discerning wildlife enthusiast. The Sable Camp does not accommodated children.
