Rhino Post Safari Lodge is situated on the 12000-hectare Rhino Walking Safaris private concession in the world-renowned Kruger National Park. It is northeast of Skukuza Rest Camp. As it shares a 15km boundary with Mala Mala in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, game moves freely between the two reserves.  This is environmentally sensitive area previously unexplored, with a huge diversity of both fauna and flora. A simple yet elegant 4 star lodge has been built on the dry Mutlumuvi Riverbed, and offers game drives both on the concession and the Kruger public.


ACCOMMODATION:
Rhino Post Safari Lodge boasts 8 spaciously appointed suites that are built on raised stilts. All suites have en-suite bathrooms, including freestanding deep bath “his and hers” basins, a separate toilet and an outdoor shower surrounded by thick reed poles. The suites are set out in an open plan style with wooden floors, thatched roofs, canvas walls and glass doors and windows. From the bedroom, bathroom and private deck guests have views of the Mutlumuvi Riverbed and surrounding plains. Each suite has a mini-bar, overhead fans, tea/coffee making facilities and telephones linked to all areas. Air-conditioning is in one doublesuite.

FACILITIES:
The raised walkways link the spacious suites to the main lodge area, which allows wildlife to walk through underneath, undisturbed by mankind. The lodge includes air-conditioned dining area where Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served. A bar, wine cellar with a selection of South African wines, lounge with fireplace and a discreet swimming pool all overlooking an active waterhole, where animals large and small come to drink and bathe. The “Big Five” Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino and Buffalo. As well as cheetah, wild dogs, giraffe, zebra, hyena, waterbuck, wildebeest and numerous other mammals and bird species can be seen by guests, either on walking safaris or game driving.
